Our Facility

Our kennels feature 22 indoor / outdoor runs.  The floors are heated and the ventilation system exchanges the air every 3 minutes.  The kennel walls are block construction, which helps each dog feel safe and secure.  Perhaps the best feature is the two acre fenced in exercise yard.  The dogs go outside several times a day to play and 'be dogs'  This greatly reduces stress and anxiety from being away from home.

Rates

Unlike many kennels which charge extra for every service,  Chiodo Kennels charges one price $10.00 per dog,  per day.   Multiple dogs, rescued dogs, service dogs, and dogs owned by active duty service members are discounted to $9.00 per dog per day.  We charge like a hotel-you are charged for the day your dog arrives, regardless of the time, and if you pick up your dog before noon, you are not charged for that day.

Unlike other  kennels you will not be charged extra for:

   Dogs weighing over 50 lbs. 

   Dogs that have not been spayed or neutered.   

   Exercise  - Our dogs get out several times a day to romp and play in our yards. 

   Feeding special diets, you bring it, we will feed it! 

   Feeding our premium dog food.  

   Medications.  (giving injections however, are $5.00 extra.)  

   Washing sleeping pads. 

   Bathing your dog if they become dirty from outside play. 

   Using our extra sized runs (12 X 12) for bigger dogs or dogs that need to stay together.  

   Soft imitation lambs wool pads for those who need it.  

   Late pick up or early delivery charges.  

Since we live here, (The kennels are attached to our home) your dogs are assured of a lot of attention, well beyond the typical day at other kennels.

You must bring copies of your Rabies and Bordatella vaccines when you come.  You may bring any toys you like, along with something that has your odor on it, like a tee shirt, etc.  Make sure your dog has been wormed annually as well.

Pick up must be made before 9pm, Delivery arranged by appointment any time after 6am.  Emergencies will be treated as exceptions.

We do offer pick up and delivery as well, at a rate of 0.44 per mile. Dogs are transported safely in crates.

We also sell Premium dog foods from Natura Pets, including Innova, California Natural, Healthwise, Mother Nature and Karma Organic. Also we offer foods from Fromm Family and Primal Raw feeds.
